2. Data We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when completing the Workflow Audit, including your name, email address, company name, and answers to audit questions. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, time on site) via anonymised tools.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to deliver your audit results, contact you with your findings, and occasionally follow up about Velologiq services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal Basis
Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests (delivering the service you requested) and, where applicable, your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
5. Data Retention
We retain audit submissions for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you have become a client (in which case standard client retention periods apply).
6. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email michelle@velologiq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
